For those of you who are learning life cycles of animals along with their kids, i hv darkling beatles’ kits abailable. Watch the larvae pupate and then the beatles emerge. Very easy insects to care for. They don’t bite or sting or hurt in any other way. They can’t fly or hop so you don’t have to worry about an insect escapade in your house. All food etc would be included in the kit, you will just need to provide a small potato slice twice a week as water source. Worksheets and other resources available in the kit.
